32 These are the land assignments made by Moses[a] in the rift valley plains of Moab[b] east of the Jordan River opposite Jericho.[c] 33 However, Moses did not assign land as an inheritance[d] to the Levites; their inheritance[e] is the Lord God of Israel, as he instructed[f] them.
